This 6-hour course prepares learners for high-demand roles in customer service and office support by teaching real-world listening and communication strategies. Participants will build skills in active listening, professional response techniques, de-escalation, and team collaboration—critical for success in fast-paced, people-facing environments.

Aligned with Ohio’s in-demand occupation Customer Service Representative, this training supports career readiness in retail, healthcare, tech, government, and call center settings. Live instruction and small group coaching help learners improve retention, confidence, and job performance.

Learners walk away with a Certificate of Completion and the communication tools they need to succeed in today’s service-driven workforce.
